       how to design an institution that would cause an anxious person to kms1. give dishonest, vague, incomplete information but be very detailed. don't say anything useful unless explicitly requested. respond defensively, never use precise terms.2. introduce uncertainty, change the rules on the fly, use 'maybe' a lot, never statistics. have no clear protocols. hinge everything on mood, goodwill, connections, luck.4. have a rigid ego. get offended easily and gaslight them for questioning your choices. if pressed, refuse access or escalate into a conflict.
