       I think the best way to fight RTO is to submit accommodations requests for ergonomics. Tell your doc you have back pain. Get a doctor's note. If you're in a jurisdiction with accommodation legislation, you should be able to get your own desk fitted to you.Now get all your coworkers to do this. No more hot desking, and the costs of an office goes up.#RTO

       I don't think there's anything worse than hot desking when you're being forced to go to the office. If you're going to force me to be somewhere I don't want to be, I want my own space to be MINE.
