The video does NOT show if the SUV made contact with Ross, as the camera angle jerks up to the sky. In what policing or leo or military SOP is this two handed distraction the norm?4. Where is all the other ICE footage?5. Why did the killer and the ICE witnesses flee the scene, destroying evidence?This begs more questions about ICE SOP and fitness for duty.

@Nonilex N my opinion, it makes it worse for him. She is smiling. She is kind. She is not a threat. The agent vy her window tells her to move on. So she does. The sound we hear shortly thereafter, I'm willing to bet, is not the car hitting him but him shooting her.

@Nonilex Even if it did make light contact, it's clear from other angles that he was not even knocked off his feet. If a civilian ran or stood in front of a 'law enforcement' vehicle intentionally in an effort to provoke a collision like that, the officer driving would be instantly absolved of wrongdoing and the civilian would be charged with some form of obstruction. You can't just run in front of a moving car very intentionally and call it terrorism if it disturbs a hair on your head.

@Nonilex I’ve seen a video taking it frame by from of the video behind the car. You can see that both of the agent’s feet are already on the left side of the car before the shots are fired.
