       Gentle reminder that EVERYONE shot by ICE or the police is innocent. Every single one. Cops aren't Judge Dredd. A person is innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT, so until a person is found guilty by a judge or jury, they're innocent. They're ALL innocent.

       @theleftistlawyer bold of you to ignore the relevant doctrine of imminent threat, especially after the second angle shows her drive towards the officer and make contact before he shot. a large vehicle being driven directly at anyone, not just law enforcement, clearly meets the requirements. sad situation, but clean shoot. did you also go to bat for Ashli Babbitt?
