       @TruckDriver Do you ever buy dried mushrooms?  They last forever and you can get some really cool, exotic mushrooms all mixed in one big bag.  You'd normally want to rehydrate them prior to putting them in the pot.  My step mom uses them in her spaghetti sauce, and it's spectacular!@greenzeta

       @TruckDriver @PeaceandProsperity @greenzeta I use them all the time in soups and stews, real gamechanger. Over here, they are stupidly expensive in small quantities but pretty reasonable if you are able to drop the cash for a big tub. (Like £125/kg if you buy 30g or £40/kg if you buy 500g. Can’t be bothered to do the conversion but you get the idea!)

       @TruckDriver i think that she uses to get this big ol tub at costco.  But I don't think I've ever seen them at the grocery store.  Maybe they have them at Sam's club?@greenzeta @Flick
