       Again tries to make #fries at home and again they were soggy. Tasty but soggy. Any tips? did the double fry with lower and higher temp, soaking, drying on paper towel. My suspicion is it's not a good variety

       @piggo Probably wrong potato.I only make potato chips (UK: crisps) from scratch. fries only from the freezer bag because they're a lazy instant food.Both in the air fryer. Coat with fat and fry, done. If soggy, fry longer!

       @piggo If outside brown and inside squish, temperature too high. Try low temperature mode for longer first. Might be very watery potatoes, takes time to boil that out.
