@Honkers I don't normally cook ham, but I did today. And I discovered something the result of which has put me right there.Pigs have skin, and that skin is richly fatty, and is delicious. My. God. I have not, even yet, stopped digging into the leftovers to grab another piece.I cannot say that I am full, nor sated. It's like the dwarven lust for gold; there's still more out there, to be had.

@psychopantz @Kalogerosstilitis2RevengeoftheJunta @Honkers @NoDoxGregBrady @thefinn if you like the skin/back fat get some Chicharrones.Deep fried skin/fat.They sell them in bags also in the chip aisle, but arenāt quite the same.And if you get those have to get the kind with fat also.Some of those are just airy fried skin.
