       To use it: Extract the zip file.  Drag and drop a pdf file or a folder of them onto the Decode.exe.  You should see the output below.(You may have to tell Windows it's all right, this isn't signed because I just started it this morning).If you get any errors, please report them to me.

       The program will unredact in new copies, not the original files.Known bugs/limitations:1) It only works on lazy censorship (when they leave the underlying data in the file and just cover it up).2) It currently hits a lot of false positives, sometimes removing various images in the process.
