something that some emoji inputs fail to account for is the ability to input Unicode emoji with the native input method.in Element X just now, I pressed the react button, and it gave me an emoji picker. I used the search field to search for "🥰", a string which appears in no name of any character. so it gave me zero options to choose from. but then I searched "hearts", and it gave me alternative to react with "🥰".thank you, Element.

@sodiboo@gaysex.cloud if you already typed it, why do you need a picker? at best it would just show that same emoji in the results, at which point it would have been less effort to just type it with the native input method directly, without the picker
