       Decided that before starting on making Xmas Dinner I’d sharpen up the kitchen knives on the grindstone. What an incredible difference that makes. Such amazing technology.        I really did sharpen the kitchen knife and it made vege prep very quick and easy. Didn’t actually slice off a finger.This is more of a reference to that time New World gave away sharp knives and most people are so used to blunt knives that there were advisories on how to safely use a sharp knife.

       @futuresprogI hid the really good ones in the shed so none of the helpful guests would put them in the dishwasher. The commercial ones are still kept pretty sharp though.
