@FlohEinstein :yes_nord: first of all, Adtech is fucking cancer and you shouldn't be spreading ads on the fediverse -- if a video is worth sharing *it is worth sharing with ads stripped out of it and without it being on NSA/Alphabet youtube*secondly there's nothing wrong with posting a youtube video on the fediverse thirdly the "original author" should be hunted down and publicly beaten for pushing code to github.And yes, people shouldn't be "giving credit" to someone who is adding functionality to the microsoft ecosystem. If it's a useful thing to do *it should be done regardless whether microsoft's ecosystem does it*.
