I know they don't exactly have the best working conditions per se but sarcan proves that *a lot* of retards are and can be valid and valued members of society and can be *far* more productive than picky, angry old men who hate everyone. They deserve a living wage, and the pursuit of happiness like anyone else. Similarly the entire fucking IT industry proves that there's a place in the world for autistic & gender nonconforming young people where they can be loved, valued and rewarded for as much effort as we can mutually figure out how to make work.So many of the perceived "unfit" from the POV of the 20th century turn out to be more consistently valuable than the white AF 100% aryan drooling-over-racewar weebs online who cheer on those who spread disease and openly spread lies and hatred and unironically and intentionally break people's minds with propaganda
