All right, we're kicking off #monsterdon in just a few minutes! This week we're watching "Alligator" (1980), which I have it on pretty good authority is a movie about either one giant killer frog or a whole bunch of frogs who are all killers. It's honestly a bit hazy. The movie is about 94 minutes long, so set your timed mute to two hours if you'd like to dodge the furious mockery of a movie about one or a bunch of amphibians and definitely not reptiles. Or join in the fun!

...oh no, the Blu-Ray version includes two different cuts on two discs: the "±90 minutes" "theatrical cut" and the 98 minute TV version. Uhhhhhhh this was not in the briefOK, I'm picking the 90 minute version because that most closely matches the runtime of the Tubi version which I assume most folks are watching.This is getting complicated and we haven't even passed the opening credits yet. *extremely Kermit the Frog voice* Sheesh.#monsterdon
