       I’m thinking about an NWC proxy to non-NWC wallets. The proxy would speak the individual api language of Strike, CashApp, etc and then present and NWC interface to it.

       @dave that would be fantastic. The NWC spec has enough momentum that being able to use it to bring your own wallet to Podcasting 2.0 apps would be great. Opening that up to other non-NWC wallets would be a fantastic way to simplify implementation for the podcasting apps.

       @dave Trying to wrap my head around what this is. Connect your Strike account to this and then connect that to your podcasting app?I setup an AlbyHub that used NWC to support wallets that didn't do keysend. Connect a non keysend NWC wallet (Primal or Coinos) to it and the payments go there and it sends out the payments as keysend payments to pay the wallets in the feeds. It was just to test but it worked really well and NWC seems solid.

       @dave we did that: https://github.com/getAlby/nostr-wallet-connect/tree/feat/strikebut strike was missing things and they sadly dropped it. we should ask them to pick it up again.currently generally the interest is bigger and more NWC support is coming.
