       @ai6yr It's a style of chocolate bar that originated in Dubai, but there are now copycat versions manufactured more locally. Essentially dark chocolate over a puree of pistachio and filo dough. Pretty good, and a bit of an usual flavor profile, but too sweet for my taste.

       @mattblaze Aha, had no idea there was pistachio and filo dough involved, LOL. It was way too expensive for my taste when I saw it (every other store in Waikiki, for some reason).

       @eigen @ai6yr It's a thin, unleavened, flaky pastry dough, used in Greek and also many middle eastern dishes, both sweet and savory (e.g., baklava, spanakopita, etc). Also spelled "fillo", "phyllo" and with other variations.
