Who else is feeling "meh" today? Last night's voting debacle brings a heavy heart today. Those of a conservative bent are disgusted and/or disheartened. Stalwarts (Raheem) are calling on Trump to clean house (hello, Susie Wiles) while my favorite writer and former leftie, Sasha Stone, notes how good the left was at using a manufactured crisis — the government shutdown to make people vote for communist radical Islamists. I'm reminded of mini skirted Afghani women who ended up in burkas.

@1031 I have! But I think it's probably best to be most worried about local politics. There's no shot that people will start implementing #Socialism where I live, and furthermore, if anything, #ZohranMamdani's rule over #NYC is likely to dissuade more localities from embracing #Socialism, not encourage its growth across the #USA.
