       As much as forms suck to fill out, a chatbot asking the questions and forcing me to answer in an unformatted text box, that the bot can then get wrong, is far, far, far worse.

       @ricci @mayintoronto I hate this so much! When it was a form your answers went to the customer service person, but now that it's a bot they don't???
