On paper, 430 lb up seven times puts a theoretical 1RM well over 510 lb, meaning we're on track for a RAW STR 17 lift in three weeks. Couple that with progressive overload on the run-up back exercises and the subsequent shoulder exercises, and it's safe to say that we're moving right along in terms of gains!Incidentally, we're seeing numbers increase not just by the reps executed and the weights moved, but also on the scale. I whipped up a weight tracker to monitor how my mass changes over the course of this cycle, keeping my morning routine constant to ensure most consistent measurements of an ever-changing system. At present, I'm on an upward trajectory, so hopefully we'll be able to put on a pound or two before the next rest period! However you're tracking your progress, today's a glorious day to go make some more of it! Cheers, y'all, and happy lifting!
