       have now contemplated a dystopia with no laws and no cooperation or even coordination in which the cyberpunks think “we could use these computers better!” and make up systems to follow voluntarily.They start by inventing the back off times for Ethernet handshakes(this does not seem realistic)@ozzelot @bastardsheep
