       I think TikTok and such are encouraging feeble minded people to do more and more pranks on their loved ones, which actually creates more and more distrust.  YouTube keeps pushing videos at me of people screwing with their wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, kids, parents . . .etc.  And they're not good natured pranks.It's a weird, dystopian world we live in.

       @DaddyO That is weird all I get are mixing, songwriting tips and videos talking all about guitar pedals I "need". Also occasional live shows from some old rock boomers show up 🤔

       @harvhat It's mostly in the recommended "shorts."  I also get a lot of AI slop, including some prank videos that are clearly just AI made.  A lot of AI made "look at this animal save this person" videos, too.I think because I use Brave and don't log-in or have an account I get a lot of random things from the algos.

       @DaddyO Yea that could be. I avoid the home page so miss out on the shorts and other recommendations there. I don't log in but the cookies persist for awhile and seems] to track what I've been viewing (I rarely fully close the browser)
