       Okay I need help.I was tired. So I went to bed. But I couldn't sleep. So I turned on the bedside lamp and finished the last 200 pages of a graphic novel in a language I can barely speak, figuring that would exhaust me.Now I'm even more awake and nothing is helping.Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh 😭

       @tess I find audiobooks help me wind down. Never in a language you are trying to learn and never fiction. The most boring thing you can find yet sort of interested about learning about.
