       The most terrifying thing—terrifying me since 2016—is how evangelicals decided Trump was chosen by God. Which wrapped him in their faith system. Which meant they’d never question what he does—only defend it, no matter how inconsistent or lunatic it is. The same way they position all God’s Genesis mindfuckery as good.So, people who were voting for cheaper groceries are now saying widespread financial hardship—INFLICTED ON THEM BY NO ONE BUT THEIR OWN GUY—is just something that has to be done.
