I'm coming to realize that my biggest remaining exercise need is fixing my terrible posture. Anyone have any good strategies?

@reece You need to build up your core to support better posture. If you don't have strong abs (not just the visible ones, but the weird ones that are buried under your visble abs, and muscles like your trapezius). There are lots of techniques that help with that. Pilates and Gyrotonic are two that I know of...

@capntransit @reece I'll echo somewhat what Cap'n said. getting a stronger core, hip flexors and glutes. can go a long way in fixing posture.Specially if its bad posture from sitting all day. overtime your butt just stops working.There's one blog that really helped me.
