       I've been doing some number crunching on the opening weekend for Tron: Arse.It cost $200 million. They spent over $50 million to promote it.It's gonna make $37 million. MAYBE.Out of 267 million, this means only 250,000 people saw it in it's first three days.That's less than .1 percent of the adult population.Disney spent $200 per viewer to get their butts in seats.Hollywood blames...        Holy crap.The opening weekend for Tron: Arse is now $33.5 million domestic, and less than $30 million international. So the actual marketing cost per US ticket buyer is more than $230 PER PERSON.EVERY DISNEY MOVIE released in 2025 so far except for two (Lilo and Stitch and Freakier Friday) bombed or underperformed.Poor movie theater owners and chains are SO fucked.What cannot go on forever... Won't.
