       @oct2pus@jade.moe contributions after the fact are whatever but i would say it remains a given that if you buy an rpi it will be able to do what it says on the website and what one could reasonably expect of the class of device. whereas with the pinebooks we were at the level of delivering a laptop that can't sleep, a phone that can't send sms, etc

       @natalie on second thought they do have community contributors but they also have on staff developers doing a lot of the heavy lifting (and also support projects they use. One developer devotes time to working on labwc which they use for their default Wayland compositor.)
