If you believe people are too stupid or too weak-willed to eat healthy without the government forcing them to, why do you think they’re capable of making decisions about the country’s economy or geopolitics?

@danneskjold_crewman How can we expect the state, consisting of the same people who cannot stop eating burgers, to help people stop eating burgers? This is the fallacy of democracy! Becoming a politician does not turn you into a saint. Rather the opposite, it turns you into a devil, with all the power.

@h4890 that on top!But these people always see themselves as the ones that will be making the decisions.“Well, the people are stupid, but not me! I’m smart and thus I should tell them what to do.”
