       @ondra @agx @MissBehave @opensourceopenmind @okias @piggo @glsbank @ev I wish this would be the case, but web's fast pace also destroyed many operating systems in late 90's and then 2000's (and quite still today) because turns out that maintaining or porting a web browser requires a dedicated team, even worse when it's integrating it nicely enough into an embedded system so webapps (and their many APIs) are usable.See the browser situation in KaiOS and SailfishOS for nasty examples.

       @opensourceopenmind @okias @piggo i think it might be a better way to push alternative Banks like the @glsbank to develop a Linux-Banking App one day;) I mean, it does not need to be for #Linuxmobile but for Linux in general (adaptable, though), right?

(And why Apple is fighting it tooth and nail.)We should always demand a web app at least as a fall back for all crucial services and for government services it should be mandated by law.
