It's a great future in terms of what is coming"https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cx2ngz7ep1eoBiodiversity shrinking, less usable water, pollution, what great future? @ekisIt "solves" the problem of labour. They want to make white collar work redundant.

@ali It doesn't solve that problem though, because it works as well as a white collar worker on 20 tabs of LSDWhat it does it makes people feel like that problem is nearly solvable so people feel more precarious and and potentially lowers labor costsThese systems are not nearly as reliable or capable of working at scale as investors would like everyone to believe Which is why using them is so dangerous

This is relevant because it says a lot about the great future and who it is for (not us)TC: "Funding season is about to restart in Europe after the summer lull, and if all goes well, it will be counting new unicorns in dozens — plural ... Either way, this is also a good indication of the sectors that are hot among investors, from biotech and defense tech to AI, AI, and AI."And to top it off, the first one on the list is a company out of Delaware, but just another caveat for tech in Europe
