       The reason is because if the colors were reversed, they would go burn down a city. Authorities hate cities getting burned down, so they will do what it takes to make them not get burned down, even if that means doing whatever the people who burned it down want, to stop them from burning it down again.This is literally 100% of why blacks are powerful in America.
