My laptop broke...cannot charge anymore and I cannot fix it. Long story short I spent so many hours trying to fix it, and I decided it is cheaper and better to buy a used and cheap Thinkpad...I have made a Gofundme in case anyone can help out gofund.me/b8bc330aI have to run a lot of projects and this laptop is really important for me. Without it I am fucked.Planned Obsolescence, this is what is happening with so many products. @tio Sorry to hear about one more victim of programmed obsolescence with no fixing solution. That's one of the reasons why I've decided to support the Framework company by buying one of their laptops. Good luck and enjoy your Thinkpad.

I wish I had the money to buy a framework laptop. But they are too expensive at the moment.

@tio You may get a discount when they release a new model. I understand that it'll still be more expensive because they are new. It's unfortunately difficult to find them in used condition, though they have few ones on their website sometimes. But again, nothing comparable to an old Thinkpad. Anyway my intention is not to force anyone to buy from them. I just think it's a good option when you can afford it. Enjoy your machine and long life to it ! :)
