       I ordered a thing from Taiwan. It tracked to Australia then disappeared. My tracking number wasn’t recognised, no updates were given. Finally I walked down to the post office and ‘Oh Yes it was here but you never came for it. So we sent it back.’Apparently an international tracking number works internally but is incompatible with the customer app. No one thought to send a text. Which when you think about it IS COMPLETELY FUCKING STUPID.I might give some feedback. #australia #post #fuckup

       @lardmotel when it hits australia i get an auspost tracking number in their app. I think it only does this if have auspost app.

       @andyjennings @lardmotel my name I use to order some things is different to the name registered with Australia post - its a common abbreviation but no they can’t cope with that so I have to pick it up from the post office and show identity
