Patriarchal ideas about "low t", "alpha" and "beta" males are published on Reddit, 4chan and other festering hives of the manosphere looking to exploit vulnerable cishet men who can't get laid, by filling their heads full of misogynistic drivel so they can blame their inadequacies on women.
