       Anyone else just not really “get” fandom? I feel like our entire society is about fandom, fandom for sports, fandom for media properties, fandom fandom fandom. And whatever it is that makes a person a fan, I don’t have much of it. A little bit, sometimes, but not enough to feel like I can understand and participate in our culture.
