@N33R I work at a big multinational enterprise servers/infrastructure/etc company. Overheard one of the support guys laying out the biggest customers.Lump all the various federal contractors together and combined they're the biggest customer, by far. Not the federal government directly, but all their various contractors and service providers (and we know that's who they're providing services for because we have to provide them with all kinds of security/crypto certifications that only the feds care about). Then it was like, apple, Facebook, Netflix, etc.So I understand why all these guys want to site their stuff close to their own primary customer but dear god that's creating one hell of a single point of failure
