       Oh yeah, I'm about to enter a new era of CD ripping capabilities!This is an Aleratech AutoPublisher LS, a disc robot meant for duplicating disks. It is just a USB serial device though that takes commands to control it. This was done as a test with the original software in an XP VM.I need to figure out how to snoop the serial commands to control it myself for ripping. I'm open to recommendations on that because I'm not sure since it connects as USB.

       @TechTangents I recall snooping USB on XP once, I'd have to dig my VM to know how. Also, Wireshark can snoop USB, but I'm not sure it works if you attach a device to a guest 🤔

       @TechTangents under Windows XP,  if the usb is a real RS232 emulator, you may try www.com-port-monitoring.comThe free version is very handy and enabled me to reverse engeener some proprietary serial over usb GPS messages before.
