       First email (I think) today from a customer asking if there is a way we can turn off content filtering and that nobody in their house is under 18, so why are they impacted. Had to reply that it isn't us doing the filtering. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE ADULTS? JUST FOR ONCE?

       I also advised the customer that I had tested the URL they were having trouble with via Mullvad VPN and that I *had* been able to access it via that. FYI it was NOT porn. So this isn't about porn, really, is it... It's about surveillance and a misjudgement of comparative risk.
