       #linux #help I have on a USB the linux mint file for xfce ending .iso.How do I boot from the USB.If I go to my root dir. I see a lot of amd files and a Winows file .dat file. Where do I go from there.I've tried most everything 'old skule' but no joy.Advice / help please.n.b. I'm going shop now, a man must eat, back in a trice. Ta. xP

       @Palky55 use something like Rufus to write that ISO to the USB drive in a way that it is bootable:https://rufus.ie/en/

       @Palky55 if you're on windows, get rufus, and use that to flash the iso to the usb.
