@Nonilex Deportees sent to third countries would have only the status decreed in the host country agreement. That would tend toward making them lifelong prisoners. The alternative is that Trump is obligated to take them back at some time, when he/Miller would send them to another third-country to repeat the process.Another alternative is that this becomes another time bomb Trump leaves for his successor.
