@Nonilex The odds are it isn't Puppy Killer Kristi who's failing to act, though she isn't remotely competent to decide many of the things over which she's demanded personal decision making authority. It's that the White House has hobbled her, and demanded veto authority over all her decisions. I suspect that's also the case for every other Cabinet member, with the possible exception of Pam Bondi, who is so pro-Trump she doesn't need a WH minder.
