       @box464> PieFed is seeing a surge in new users as a prominent Lemmy server retires, lemm.ee#PieFed is a cool project so while I'm always sad to see a well-used fediverse service die, this is definitely a silver lining.While we're talking about the #threadiverse, I just came across a community that hosts itself;https://dullsters.net/Making it effectively independent of account-hosting aggregator services like lemm.ee. In the absence of fully federated groups, this seems sensible.
