       any abuse or overuse of substance isn't the problem. it's but a symptom. one that is caused by another, deeper problem. trying to "treat" the symptom by restricting the use, but not touching the problem will not lead anywhere.

       @tusooa in most times yes. sometimes it is though.some people are very prone to addiction. prescribing those people strong meds can lead to an issue they didnt have before. also people did start in the 20 centuary smoking because it was considered normal and healthy. even without other issues it is hard to stop smoking for many.it is often a symptom, but sometimes it can be the cause aswell. sometimes it is a coping mechanism worse than the actual issue.
