       OK, today is not going great.  I'm tired, some moron at work is putting rubbish in the compost bins (which I manage), and I'm trying to get the energy to figure out what to do next. Very good, quite relaxing.  Good for the equilibrium.  Doesn't spend as much time as TD would (IMO) in developing and improvising on themes, but still good.
