It occurs to me that you can make chutney out of literally any fruit. In the past I've made it out of mango, salal berry, blueberry and huckleberry. Today I made three different ones: pineapple, apricot and grape. The grape, which was concord grape, turned out a bit to acidic somehow, not sure about it. Apricot is excellent. Pineapple chutney is highly recommended. It's a winner.
