@Waxingtonknee Well I just did a bunch of written reports for my students and it's the most exhausting thing ever and I don't know why. Reports are always draining. Because they have to be accurate and good, and it's like condensed socialization.

@futurebird @Waxingtonknee Also when I've had work evaluations… if I write the plain truth they'll sack this guy, but I know that if he can stay on another year he'll be well worth having, so how much do I shade it…?
