We know this only partially true; the last war we won was a no contest blitz of Iraq. During the lifetime of the boomer, we've also been defeated twice by ragtag guerrilla forcesHERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART; our military crowns itself on very faded laurels, particularly, the fact that we "won" WW2. It should be obvious that this isn't the same fighting force, and again, here's the important part:When your force begins losing it's veterans - not people who serve in garrison for a number of years and get benefits - it's veterans who have deployed, operated in denied territory, or seen combat - there has to be a transfer of knowledge and skills. Talk to any old head in the military currently, and ask him about the quality of Soldier coming into the Army now. They'll tell you they're soft, entitled, undisciplined, and do the bare minimumAnd this is true. The next war fought by the US Army won't be fought by the veterans of WW2, or really even the veterans of Iraq/Afghanistan. @DEERBLOOD @animepfp Idk we had different types of marches (granted my unit never did public parades) for different reasons. Inspection ones did require dress but I can’t remember the other kind that we just used fatigues.

@Will2Power @poastoak @DEERBLOOD It sort of understood that niggers worked mostly in supply. The actual operational jobs infantry/tankers/pilots/ship crew are still mostly Whites. I can say that’s true for infantry at least. Our unit did some training with Army infantry a couple times and those dudes were mostly White too.

My son is in an engineering unit, he is a heavy equipment operator, basically responsible to help set up the base if they deploy to somewhere new/remote.Spent a year on a Navy ship as part of a Marine Expeditionary Unit.Mostly all white males, although back at Lejeune they got a white female in their unit.
