       @fsf I'd like to suggest an FSF project: please make your web store into a product. Make it into something other free-software business can use, with good documentation. I would donate money to such a project immediately if it was announced. E-commerce is very complicated, and so the need for easy-to-use web stores is met by lots of non-free solutions.

       @nantucketebooks it's probably CiviCRM, some plugins, and a lot of configuration. I know they run their member directory and campaigns on CiviCRM.
