       Guys, boring and competent are perfect qualities in a public servant. If you want to have a beer with a public servant, I feel like you need to get some friends.I don't want to have a beer with my podiatrist. I don't want to have a beer with the principal of my kid's school. Normal and competent can be a qualifier.
