       The United States isn't even a signatory on the ICJ charter. Why the ICJ allows the US to testify at all, let alone "tell" them what they're allowed to do, is baffling.It's time for all of these "special exceptions" that the US gets to enjoy to disappear like smoke. The world will be *much better off* for it.

       The real contradiction of Trump is that the US withdrawing almost entirely from all of its agreements and from nearly every country is a *huge* positive for the world and for many countries, despite the immediate consequences.I'd guess that China will be all over that shit. Watch the new empire replace the old one that imploded under self-owns.The shattering of the post-WW2 "exceptionalism" of the USA was long past due, despite imperial propaganda to the contrary.

       I was at one of those hands-off rallies and a person speaking was lamenting the lossof all of the US's "soft power" from the USAID thing.I had mixed feelings...I was guessing they were mixing the notions of actual foreign aid, andthe strong arming that comes with it.  I thought "soft power" meantthe strong arm part.  Or at least aid+control together.I am not an expert.
