       "U.S. to place 3,251% tariffs on Southeast Asian solar panels"Yep, you read that right. That is not a decimal comma but a thousands separator. Is this the highest tariff ever placed by a supposedly normal country on some imports? And why such an oddly specific number? To make it look more scientific? Is this again the result of some "very complicated" mathematical formula?Why doesn't Trump simply ban such import instead? Because a president can't do that, they can only impose tariffs?
