@rmblaber1956 It’s literally in the United States Constitution. 14th Amendment. SCOTUS rules on law. If they do not affirm the definitive citizenship of individuals born in the US, they are beyond a joke. They will lose any shred of legitimacy (bedraggled though it may be) as a legal authority.
